Valentine’s Day Disco Ball to Benefit Bethesda Mission!

The Valentine’s Day Disco Ball Dance Party will be held on Saturday night, February 18, 2017, from 9:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. in the second floor ballroom of the Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center, located at 1110 N. 3rd Street, Harrisburg, PA.

Admission is $20.00 and proceeds will benefit Bethesda Mission. The music will feature the best dance floor hits from the DISCO days and will be presented by three original DISCO DJs, including Jimmy Lawrence as the Video DJ and Barry Calaman and Ray Rossi as the vinyl DJs.

Stated Jimmy Lawrence, “Last year was our first year for this event. We considered it a success as we raised $500 that was matched through a Verizon Matching Program that amounted to $1,000 for the Bethesda Mission. Everyone had a great time and we decided to do it again for Valentine’s Day. Our goal is to at least double the money for the Mission.”

Lawrence continued, “We invite anyone who wants to kick back and relive some of the good-ole-days to join us for the evening. You can call the Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center at 717-412-4342 for further information or me at 717-545-7967. Come out and make this a success for the participants and also to help meet some of the urgent needs that the Mission has during the winter months. I’ll look for you there!”

MEDIA WELCOME AND APPRECIATED!
