Manager of Donor Services (Full-time)

Bethesda Mission is seeking an individual to document, manage, and report information relating to donor relationships and contacts with the organization, its programs, events, and staff. This manager is responsible for the oversight of the workflow of the Donor Services area, including supervising the Donor Services Assistants, and for accurately managing the constituent database, including the accurate reporting of gifts, documentation of donor activity, communicating with the software vendor, installing updates, researching new modules, and training Mission staff in the use of constituent software.

Human Resources Coordinator

Bethesda Mission is seeking an individual to assist the Director of Human Resources. This person will be responsible for answering calls, assisting in insurance enrollments and cancellations, and helping with new hire orientations. This person will also coordinate pre-employment activities and interview schedules and helps maintain personnel records.

Women’s Shelter Head Cook & Food Services Manager (Full-time)

Bethesda Mission is seeking a female individual committed to serving the poor and homeless. This manager will lead and assist the Kitchen Staff in the planning, preparation and service of daily meals to guests and staff. She delegates food preparation tasks appropriately to Kitchen Support Staff team, leads and assists the Kitchen Staff in maintaining a clean and safe food service environment, and guides and inspires the Kitchen Support Staff as to the focus and goals of the Mission and its programs. Position requires three years of experience involving institutional food service operations (Note: Fast Food is not considered as qualifying). Requires thorough knowledge of food preparation methods, terminology, knowledge of techniques of cooking essentials, and safe food handling practices. Generally, weekday schedule; occasional weekends and holidays.

House Supervisor – Women’s Shelter (Full-time)

Seeking female to support women in a recovery/addiction program and to maintain security of Women’s Shelter facility.  Requires good driving record with valid license; computer skills; preferably 2 years’ experience leading women with case management and recovery experience.  Requires Christian character.  40 hours per week: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and every other weekend and other occasional hours as needed.
