FILM BEING SHOT AT BETHESDA MISSION, INSPIRED BY TRUE STORY

Harrisburg, PA — A scene from the independent feature film, “Right Before Your Eyes” will be shot Friday morning, November 10, 2017 at Bethesda Mission, 611 Reily Street, in Harrisburg.

“Right Before Your Eyes” follows a man in the early stage of recovery from alcohol addiction and drug abuse. He embarks on an epic journey home to reunite with his young autistic son. According to the filmmaker David Vincent Bobb, of Lebanon, PA, whose own life is the inspiration for the film, “The story is one of love, faith, hope, repentance and redemption.”

Bobb was a resident of Bethesda Mission for several months during his recovery and said, “Bethesda Mission was a key part of me turning my life around and without them, I wouldn’t be here today.”

The film stars Adam Ratcliffe, who has worked opposite Jake Gyllenhaal in Southpaw  and Donnie Wahlberg in Blue Bloods.  Brian Anthony Wilson also stars, whose credits include The Wire, Creed and Voiceless.  Rounding out the cast is Brian O’Halloran, who is best known for the cult classic film Clerks. www.BeforeYourEyesFilm.com
